Privacy Policy
This policy clearly explains how Creatalis works, where player progress is stored and how error reports work.

Controller
Adrián Lorenzo Coira, an individual who publishes Creatalis under the name Alendana, is the controller. Privacy enquiries may be sent to creatalis@alendana.com.
Data processed
Creatalis does not create proprietary accounts and does not directly send or collect information from error reports. The game contains no advertising, analytics, telemetry or tracking.
When a player connects their Google Play Games profile, the application uses the minimum technical service data needed to identify the saved game and synchronise progress. This data and the remote copy of progress are managed through Google's infrastructure and are not stored on Alendana systems.
Battle error reports
When the user voluntarily taps the Battle error button, Creatalis prepares technical information on the device to help diagnose and reproduce the problem. It includes the subject and description entered by the user, the date and the necessary match state: arena and mode, pending deployment, initial and current state, creatures and their statistics, abilities and passives, statuses, modifiers and effects, action and resolution history, results, and relevant random values. The user may also choose to attach a screenshot of the game screen.
Only the following device details are added: the Creatalis version, Android version, device model, screen width and height, and screen orientation. Persistent device identifiers, Android ID, advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address, location, Google Play Games data and other unnecessary personal data are not obtained, and no additional Android permissions are requested.
When the user taps “Send”, Creatalis opens the Android share menu with the prepared report. The user remains in control: they can choose a compatible application—such as email or messaging—review the content, cancel, or share it voluntarily. If an email application is selected, Creatalis suggests creatalis-support@alendana.com as the recipient. Creatalis does not transmit the report directly to any server or send it automatically or in the background. Any subsequent transmission, if confirmed by the user, is performed by the selected external application and is subject to its provider's terms. This feature includes no telemetry, analytics or tracking.
Google Play Games
Creatalis uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in, synchronised progress storage and features such as leaderboards. Connection is optional. When used, Google may process information associated with the Play Games profile, such as the player's name, avatar, and game scores or statistics; its visibility depends on the Google Play Games settings. Google manages this data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Saving progress
With Google Play Games connected: progress is stored locally and synchronised with the player's Google account. This copy enables recovery after reinstalling the game or using another compatible device with the same account, subject to the operation and availability of Google's service.
Without Google Play Games connected: there is only one copy of the progress, stored in the local storage of the application's WebView on that device. Alendana does not receive that copy, cannot access it and cannot restore it.
Local progress may be lost if the application is uninstalled; its data or storage is cleared in Android settings; the device is reset, replaced or lost; the Android user or profile is changed; a cleaning tool removes application data; storage corruption or a device, system or game failure occurs; or the game is reset. A save may also fail if the device has insufficient free space or a write operation is interrupted.
A Creatalis error may prevent the only local copy from being saved or read again. If no synchronised copy exists in Google Play Games, that progress cannot be recovered. The player must understand and accept this risk before continuing without connecting the service.
A person who chooses to play without connecting Google Play Games accepts the inherent risk of keeping a single local copy and is responsible for its loss when it results from any of these circumstances. Alendana cannot recover data it has never received. This provision does not limit any rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Data stored locally
The application stores progress and the settings needed to continue playing in its WebView. While Google Play Games is not connected, this information remains solely on the device and is not transmitted to Alendana.
Third-party services
Google Play Games Services is used for synchronised progress storage and leaderboards. The reporting feature integrates no sending, analytics or tracking service: it only hands the prepared information on the device to the email, messaging or other compatible application selected by the user. Any subsequent transmission is performed by that external application at the user's direction.
Children
Creatalis is directed at children and may also be used by adults. It has no chat, messaging, public profiles, content publishing, advertising, purchases or contact between players. Access to Google Play Games depends on the Google account and family controls configured by the child's parent or guardian.
User rights
Alendana does not automatically receive or store reports or remote copies of progress. If the user chooses to send a report through an external application, the message is handled as a support communication. Enquiries may be sent to the contact address.
Local progress is deleted by clearing Creatalis's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the application. Data associated with the game in Google Play Games can be deleted from Google Play Store: profile → Settings → General → Play Games Profile → Privacy & Settings → Delete profile & game data → Delete individual game data. Google handles requests concerning data retained in its services.
